first off we are making it as chocolate chip putting it is so decadent and yummy so i'm using a 1 cup of almond milk and i love the kalisa farms on the milk is my favorite almond milk right now guys it's so delicious highly recommend it and then i'm adding in it two tablespoons of cocoa powder and mrs. bligh hundred percent organic fairtrade
cocoa powder and sugar and off anything else in there it's just cocoa powder and then i'm putting in 1 tablespoon of maca powder which is great for energy and balancing hormones and then of course him to start to show something in some mamma chia chia seeds and i'm putting about 4 tablespoons business and then i was going it to stir it up until
everything is kind of combined and mixed together evenly with gia and the cocoa and the maca powder and i want to show that about 20 minutes but you could even do it overnight and then having breakfast and then adding in a couple pinches of pearl powder which is really great for beautifying like your skin making it glow and getting rid of and
hyperpigmentation i'm adding that into a bowl basically so you guys can see it better be would definitely eat it out of the mason jar and i'm topping it with some of fresh brassberries that you can do any other kind of berry i will all with some of flaked coconut i love the combo of the chocolate with raspberries and the coconut it's super yummy and it
tastes really nice injected and like your splurging but it's full of a time of superfoods that are going to keep you healthy next up we're making it these colors body wraps that are so fun to make so starting off with collard greens which have such high in vitamins and minerals more so than your regular
lettuce because there are darker green so basically the darker the green the more nutrients that better it is for you so i'm slicing the end off and then i'm quickly a plan c mon for about 30 seconds and filling them in an ice bath and then we're going to make our fellow so i'm using a cucumber i like this because it's full of water
really add them like tardiness to the wrap and then i'm coming up soon because i love the color feet and it got lots of beta-carotene in them awesome avocado for some healthy fat and then i'm going to start layering in the cucumber along with some purple cabbage i love the colors all the more colors you can put miss but better because it
has so many different vitamins and minerals and all the different colored eyes then i'm adding an assignment leaf onto the top and we are going to be ready to roll it after i added that meant for a little bit of freshness so this is basically how you wrap it it's kind of like a burrito you kind of just start folding it and then you
decide how you would do a burrito and kind of fold it over and it's tricky it's not to oversell that isis with a little much to make sure you don't overstuff it and then just roll it to the rest of the color wrap and the bigger rap you have obviously the bigger used to make it but physically turned out i think they look so pretty
they're so yummy all of that easy and you can even put the difference office if you want but it is a great way to get in a bunch of super suit and lastly we're making a superfood advice that will be great for on the go over a quick snack so i'm starting off with a third of a cup of organic base which have it nice caramel flavor to them along with
half a cup of cashews and if there's a cup of goji berries gogi berries are so healthy that got lots of antioxidants for you and some cacao nibs which basically is like a chocolate flavor without any sugar and sincerely and i spirulina is amazing for you it's so dark and green and red kind of vitamins antioxidants and we're just
going to blend that up and then make it into small bowls and you can add almonds walnuts any kind of mercy that you like into this but definitely keeping necessarily make it is a great secrecy okay guys so i hope you enjoyed that video and that you liked the recipe that looks good to you if you guys have any requests for videos you would like me to
