subscribe to tell her i sent you andyeah thumbs up this video if you liked it andthe any requests down below and let's go make some healthy desserts because i'mgetting hungry and i want to make them like right now so let's go this way right this way i don't know which way togo ok so first off we are making this warm red velvet my cake so of courseyou're going to need a mug you're also going to need some coconutflour some salt and the recipe will be


in the description box below some bakingpowder fluffiness some cocoa to make it chocolatey some stevia for sweetness andthen i'm making a flax seed egg which you can use a normal egg whites day butif you want vegan and then you'll use this and then i'm going topour that into my mug as well and then i mixing it with a quarter cup of almondmilk and also a drop of red food coloring and then we're just going tomix it up and then you're just going to microwavefor one minute and you will have this super yummy and warm mug cake


next up we are making this giantchocolate-chip cookie because who doesn't want a chocolate chip cookiethis is your face like i know i do so we're starting off with some coconutflour some salt a dash of cinnamon and then we're doing another tablespoon ofstevia thenwe're going in with a quarter cup of cashew milk but you can also use almondmilk and then we've got to mix that up then we are going to add some a peanutbutter you can also use almond butter here or any kind of seed or nut butterthat you prefer and i'm putting that into our dough mixture then you justwant to make sure your nut butter or


seed butter is combined with your doughuntil it looks something like this then i'm just taking a plate that i sprayedwith a little bit of pam just or cookie doesn't stick and i'm going to mold itonto our plate and of course add my favorite part which is the chocolatechip then all you have to do is a microwavefor one minute and you will have a warm gooey cookie and and lastly we're making this cookies andcream milkshake so you're going to start off with one frozen


b-a-n-a-n-a-s so i suggest doing thisthe night before and cutting it up so it's easier for your blender then i'mjust going to take three reduced fat oreos these ones are gluten-freedairy-free because i have to eat that way but just use normal reduced fatoreos if you don't have allergies and then i'm putting in one quarter cup ofalmond milk and i'm also going to put in another quarter cup of greek yogurt andthis is what's gonna make it really nice and creamy but also add that protein ifyou're you know about that protein life like i am and then all you have to do isa blender don't want it to the end of the video sohigh five
