
hi, my name is clint schambach, personal trainerand boot camp instructor in st louis and chesterfield mo. there are a few things that you should bedoing every morning that can really speed up your metabolism and make a huge differencein your weight loss. i know many of you eat breakfast each morning,and i know many of you don’t. whether you
easy diet kick start, are too busy, or just lazy. and for the record,its always lazy, you just haven’t admitted it to yourself. obviously we need to eat breakfast every morning,skipping it could be very detrimental for fat loss. but there are a few other tricksthat take practically zero time at all.
when you get up in the morning, go drink aglass of water. pretty much walk straight to the faucet and drink an entire glass ofwater. not just a sip. sounds dumb and trivial, but any added boost i can get, i’ll takeit. and you can’t do this one time per week and expect it to blow you away with results,do it every morning. and make sure you get in a complete protein,this will keep your metabolism going for a longer period on time. just eating oatmealor cereal can spike your insulin levels and won’t keep you full as long, which meansyour metabolism will start to slow down. and spiking your insulin can also cause you tostore fat faster. eggs or a protein smoothies work well. if you do eat oatmeal, i wouldjust make sure you get in a protein with it
