easy to follow keto diet

hey guys, it's the keto king here. ihave a how-to video for you today, and i am going to show you how to make almond meal.it is really easy andanyone will be able to do it. so let's get right to it. you will need almonds, a plastic spoon and a blender. now i have a vitamix here and i'm pretty sure any blenderwould be able to do this. let's get right to it grab your blender and add in your almonds.now i recommend two handfuls or so but with this

easy to follow keto diet, blender i find the perfect level iswhere the almonds just cover the blades. pop the blender on the machine and set it at the lowest setting. the reason you want it on the lowest setting, is because if it is any higher, it adds too much heat and the almonds start clumping on the lowest setting, it goes for around a minute or so. once you see the texture start getting smaller and finer, than you can slowly move the speed of the blender up. i move mine to the level 2.

and let it go for another 15 - 20 seconds once you see it getting finer, move it up to the next level now this process will continue for another 2 - 3 times as you see it gets a finer, move it up another notch until you get up to, on this machine, a level 6, where i find it is enough. and then i put it on max speed for 5 seconds or so once you are done with the blender, this is what the almonds should look like. now even thought we did try minimize the heat, some of it still does stick to the side of the container

so grab your plastic spoon and go to town once done, you end up with a with a nice fine powdery like texture grab a bowl - as you can see, i have made a couple batches before this. because you have loosened it up with a spoon, simply tap the container. and that's as easy as it is guys! you end up having almond meal to use in all your fantastic keto recipes! now remember, by definition, this is almond meal, as it is a courser grind and used almonds with their skin still on but i have used almond meal in recipes which call for almond flour many times, and they have all come out perfectly! thanks for watching. if you enjoyed the video, hit the thumbs up button below and subscribe to the channel.

and of course, keep it keto!
