welcome back to my channeltoday i have another exciting video for you guys it's actually a healthy dessert / treatsfor fall videos i'm making cookies or brownies and they were all super yummy i ate like a lot of the day that i made them

so let's get on the video so for ourfirst a healthy a treat dessert we're going to making us some healthychocolate chip cookies so starting off with some flour and somestevia the recipe will be down in the description box in case you want it some coconut oil some eggs 1 egg youneed for this and some vanilla and then just going to toss it into a bowl andmix it up then i was adding a half a cup of darkchocolate chips and then i'm just going to mix them up until they're allthroughout the dough then you just want to spoon out your dough into littleballs and then press them onto e greased


cookie sheet we can just bakethem off at 400 degreesfor seven to nine minutes or until the edges are golden brown then we're going to be making somehealthier brownies so i'm starting off with some greekyogurt this as a lot of moisture and also some protein into our brownies wecan feel a little bit better for it and then we're going to put in a cup of milkyou can use almond milk or whatever kind of look you like what almonds kind oflike the lower calorie one then putting in a half a cup of cocoa powder whichwill give it the chocolate flavour then


i'm putting in another half cup of flourand a half cup of stevia you can use sugar if you want the stevia ishealthier and then half a cup of egg whites which will boost the protein sothen all you have to do is mix it up until everything is mixed and a put in greased brownie pan and then just bake it off at 350 degrees for 15minutes and you will have your brownies lastly one of my favorite things arethese pumpkin doughnuts they're super easy because there are only a coupleingredients so you just gonna use them yellow and cake mix and then a can ofpumpkin and that's it you're only going to need those two things


so go ahead and combine them i like thisbecause it doesn't add any like eggs or oil to the cake mixture just usingpureed pumpkin which doesn't have any sugar in it so it's kind of like ahealthier option and then we're also going it to bake our doughnuts so it makes those two together oh my then i was putting in a couple dashes ofpumpkin pie spice just to give it that extra pumpkin flavor then i'm just greasing a doughnut panand i'm using a bag to kind of pipe out


the dough mixer so i just threw into aziploc bag and cut off the corner you can totally just scoop it in but ijust find this makes more rounder easier donuts just go ahead and bake them at 350degrees for 12 minutes take it slow it's not typical forwatching if you enjoyed it please be sure to give it a big thumbs up andleave any video requests you have down below in the description box and i hopeyou guys all have a fabulous day by day d
