hey my friends i have had so manyrequests for back to school breakfast. so i thought what better way to make breakfastfrom a dorm than in a mug in the microwave. even if you aren't going backto school these are still great options if you're cooking for one or if you have aquick morning. these are all super nutritious vegetarian options that areextremely easy to prepare. thumbs up for mug


easy diet breakfast ideas, meals. alright so let's start with myblueberry muffin in a mug which is actually gluten free and vegan as well. thumbs up yet? for this recipe you willneed oat flour, almond milk, sweetener of choice, today i am using a blend of stevia and coconutsugar; coconut oil, baking powder, cinnamon


salt, vanilla extract, and blueberries and a mug, flamingo mug is optional but recommended. fun fact: i have a flamingo obsession.and i am using an eight ounce mug because this muffin fits it really well butyou can use a standard size just fine a little bit smaller in the mug. start by addingyour dry ingredients and mixing to combine. then you can add in yourcoconut oil and mix again and it should start to become a clumpy sandyconsistency. then you can add in your milk and vanilla extract mix once more and you should have a nicemuffin batter and don't forget to mix in the blueberries. microwave for 2 minutesand remember that times may vary by your


microwave but just so you know i amusing a standard 1000 watt microwave on full power. remove and allow to cool for a minutebefore devouring. look at that beauty. it tastes just like a muffin but you don'tgotta share with anyone. alright next up is a savory mug mealand that is a quiche in a mug. for this recipe you will need eggs and you could subone or both of those eggs for egg whites if you want lower fat and or calories. almond milk, green onions, tomatoes, spinach,cubes of bread, i'm using ezeikiel, dijon mustard, shredded cheese which is optional butdelicious and salt and pep. today i am using a


standard side mind over munch mug and if youlike this baby you gotta check out mindovermunch.com for this mug and more swag.add in your eggs, almond milk or milk of choice, dijon mustard and salt and pep. whisk witha fork to combine. now we're going to add in the spinach, tomato, and greenonion. but you can of course use any veggies that you prefer. mix once more to combine. lastly i'm going to add in those cubesof bread for the crust of my quiche. now if you want a crustless quiche or more likean omelet in a mug you can omit that bread completely. soak the bread thoroughly and top itoff with a little bit of cheese if you want or you can mix the cheese into the mixture. microwave again for a two minutes and


allow to cool before devouring. lastly, we are going to make french toast in a mug. that's right, the ultimate breakfast mug, the buv. the french toast breakfast mug. thefroastbug. the ultimate froastbug. for this recipe you will need a slice ofbread, again i am using ezekiel, an egg, almond milk, maple syrup, vanilla, cinnamon, salt,and optional some raisins. add all of the ingredients into the mug except for your bread and raisins and mix to combine.then you can add in those bread cubes and raisins last. mix everything up, makesure that those bread cubes are nice and submerged and let it soak for about fiveminutes. microwave again for
